Cook Bacon in the Oven!

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Turn on Oven light and leave it on until the bacon is finished cooking. Line a cookie sheet with Parchment paper. Place about 8 pieces of bacon (1/2 Package) side by side on the cookie sheet. Cook for 7 minutes. Turn bacon over. Cook 7 more minutes. Look it over to see if it is cooked enough to your liking. Cook 3-5 minutes more until desired crispness.
